I had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect - right at the slopes, so I could ski on and ski off whenever I wanted. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. The heated flooring was a nice touch, especially when I opted for the futon bed. The hotel also had a range of amenities, including a water park, kids zone, and even a pet lounge and cafe for dog owners like me. It was truly a paradise for both adults and children.
I highly recommend this hotel for families. It is such a great place that offers everything you need for a perfect vacation.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the spacious and comfortable room was perfect for my family of four adults and a baby. Even though not all staff spoke English fluently, they genuinely tried their best to communicate. Additionally, the hotel's location just around the ski area was a major plus for us.
My experience at this hotel was great – no complaints!

The skiing experience was amazing, with the slopes being right outside our accommodation. We loved the cozy feel of the place and enjoyed the ability to make our own meals in the kitchen. the shuttle service was a huge plus, allowing us to explore the nearby town without having to worry about transportation.
We were extremely disappointed with the lack of basic toiletries provided - we had to bring our own towels! the lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult.

Spacious family suite with two bedrooms and a kitchen. Excellent proximity to the slopes. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of having a CU and bakery on the premises.
The hallways had a strong smell from skiers and snowboarders passing through. It would have been better to have bath towels and toiletries provided.

Our winter getaway was made even more magical thanks to the ski-in, ski-out convenience of our hotel. We loved that we didn't have to travel far to hit the slopes. The nearby shops and eateries were also a plus, making our stay hassle-free. The heated flooring in our room was a cozy touch, especially after a long day in the snow.
The hallways had an unpleasant smell that permeated throughout the hotel. We understand that it’s a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts, but it did detract from the overall atmosphere.
